Only essays that directly answer the assigned question will be considered.
Essay Topic: "NYC is implementing new laws in 2026 for higher penalties for unsafe drivers. Do you believe placing a higher risk on your license will deter unsafe drivers? Why or why not?" Maximum 1,500 words.
