Fob James Law Firm is dedicated to assisting individuals who have suffered personal injuries. We recognize the difficulties families face when a loved one is injured. Our primary goal is to ensure our clients receive the compensation they are entitled to. We are interested in hearing from law students about the obstacles they've overcome and how these experiences have shaped them.
Essay Details
We invite students to compose a 300-400 word essay on the following topic: Outline your plans for contributing to your community once you become a practicing lawyer. We are particularly interested in hearing how law students intend to use their legal education to benefit their communities, and what experiences during their law school journey have inspired them to do so.
Qualification Requirements
To be eligible, applicants must be enrolled in or have been accepted into an ABA-accredited law school in the United States for the fall semester of 2025.
Submission Deadline
- Applications, along with the essay, must be submitted by December 15, 2025.
- The scholarship recipient will be informed via email by December 30, 2025 at the latest.
- The winner's name will also be announced on this page and our social media platforms.
Scholarship Prize
The successful applicant will be awarded a $1,000 scholarship to help cover their law school tuition fees.
